• Reservations may be secured by a deposit of one night's stay.

• Check-in between 3 pm and 6 pm. Please notify innkeepers of early or late arrival.
• Early arrivals may park the car, leave your bags and enjoy Cooperstown!
• Check-out 11 am.
• Deposits cheerfully refunded for reservations cancelled 14 days or more before scheduled arrival, less a $25 fee.
• For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is permitted outdoors only.
